Our "Howden Road" project, for example, was short listed by the local council for inclusion in their design briefing for local residents. While there are limits to what one can do with a "bog standard" 1930s semi, we certainly pushed them!

"Howden Road", for example, dropped into an existing "undercroft" void over 1 metre in height that both the owner and a previous architect had completely missed, as well as a new floor on the top of the dwelling.
